Distinctive Collections encompasses the unique and rare collections housed in the University Archives and Special Collections at Carnegie Mellon University, from first editions of Galileo and eighteenth-century calculating machines to records on Artificial Intelligence from pioneers such as Herbert Simon and Allen Newell.
