Melissa Bryant

Melissa Bryant is the UEIS Sponsored Project Administrator, a role which supports University Libraries; the Entertainment Technology Center (ETC); Integrative Design, Arts, and Technology (IDeATe); the Sustainability Initiative at CMU, and the Hunt Institute for Botanical Documentation. 

As Sponsored Project Administrator, Melissa works in the Pre-Award space to assist faculty and staff in grant proposal preparation, budget development, and final proposal submission to the sponsor. Melissa also serves as the Grants Administrator in Post-Award, managing the awarded grant from start to finish to maintain financial compliance, reporting compliance, and project performance timelines pursuant to Uniform Guidance, CMU policies, and sponsor-specific directives.

Melissa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Northwood University and a Master of Liberal Studies with a dual concentration in Humanities and Creative Writing from Southern Methodist University.
