Josh DeLia joined the IDeATe team as a Facilities Assistant in May 2025. His primary responsibilities include overseeing the daily operations of the IDeATe Lending Office, training student workers on circulation procedures and proper equipment care, and maintaining various spaces and collections within Hunt Library.
Prior to his current role, Josh worked as a Library Inventory Assistant with Carnegie Mellon University Libraries and as a member of the Access Services team at Duquesne University’s Gumberg Library from 2021 to 2024. He also did video production work for the Pittsburgh Penguins.
A 2024 graduate of Duquesne University, Josh holds a B.A. in Digital Media Arts and Multiplatform Journalism. Outside of work, he can usually be found writing songs, working on film projects, exploring new places, or getting up to tomfoolery.
