Blair Dunckel

Blair Dunckel is the Chief Operating Officer for UEIS at Carnegie Mellon University and has been with the university since 2021. He holds a bachelor's degree in Parks, Recreation, and Tourism Resources from Michigan State University, A master’s degree in administration from Central Michigan University, and an MBA from Robert Morris University. Blair is responsible for the operations for all of Dean Webster’s portfolio including the University Library, IDeATe, ETC, Sustainability, and Hunt Botanicals. He previously served in the athletic department at the University of Pittsburgh, most recently holding the title of Assistant Athletic Director- Facilities and Operations.
