Library Fund Enables OA Publishing
Library fund supports the open access publication of a new volume from Dietrich College professor Jay Aronson.

Migration to KiltHub
As of July 1, 2018, the Libraries’ former repository service Research Showcase will cease to exist and all of its content will have been migrated to KiltHub. KiltHub is the new comprehensive institutional repository and data repository for research data and scholarly outputs produced by members of Carnegie Mellon University and their collaborators.

Librarians Receive DSF Block Grant
The Mellon College of Science has announced the first six projects to be funded under an innovative block grant program for cross-disciplinary foundational science research in the life sciences. The grants are funded through a generous $4 million gift from the DSF Charitable Foundation.

New Database Trials
The Carnegie Mellon University Libraries currently offers trial online access to the following databases. These trials are available on a temporary basis only. University Libraries will make a decision about subscribing to these electronic resources based on interest, cost, and usability.
