GIS-themed THAT Camp | Spring 2018

THATCamp stands for “The Humanities and Technology Camp.” It is an unconference: an open, inexpensive meeting where humanists, artists, and technologists of all skill levels learn and build together in sessions proposed on the spot. The event had a nice mix of digital humanists and others and great fun was had by all. Our organizing team included Jessica Benner, Susan Grunewald, Jessica Otis, Abigail Owen, and Emma Slayton and our awesome sponsors were dSHARP, CMU’s Department of History, the Frank-Ratchye STUDIO for Creative Inquiry, and the DHRX.

This event was held in conjunction with dSHARP. More about the event can be found here: http://dsharp.library.cmu.edu/2018/02/16/thatcamp-pittsburgh-2018/.
